The location was great. It was close to alexanderplatz. the room also had a great shower.
A deposit was taken before i arrived. this was activated a day before check-in and only finalized several days after i left. they promised the deposit would disappear after a week, but it was still concerning, and i believe the hotel has issues with payment processing.

The location was special. It was a silent retreat within a lively city center. It was only steps away from the TV tower and Museum Island. My bathroom felt very well equipped and had some items I needed. Personnel were attentive and showed genuine care.
I found the system for payments to be a bit strange.

the location is great near the dome and tv tower. the room was clean and the three-bed room had a good layout. one bed is behind a wall that separates the two rooms, providing space and privacy.
the wifi didn't work and there was no phone signal. i could not use the phone or laptop in the room. this ruined my stay.

This hotel is right in the center of everything. It's ideal. public transport is nearby for easy travel. the rooms were cleaned every day. I appreciated that.
I did notice dark stains present on the curtains. That should be addressed. there were also small flies frequently seen within the room, a bit bothersome.

The reception staff was very friendly. ralph helped me and explained everything i needed for my visit. late check-in was managed well. It was seamless and easy.

The payment system was odd. I had to use a separate platform, arbio, i did not like that. also, despite entering my card details there, they asked for it again at check-in. This felt disorganized and unnecessary!

the location was perfect. the museum island and alexanderplatz were nearby. the staff was really friendly and cute. the room was cleaned daily and everything needed was provided.
the online help had wrong information. the information booklet said breakfast was at 7:00, but it was not served. i had an awful view from the room terrace. i could see rubbish bins.
